alone is not solitary

Webster's New World Dictionary defines lonley as "unhappy at being alone. Solitary is defined as being "secluded". So just reading the words tells you what your mind set should be. Lonley is walking down the street in the rain, a dark night ,no cars, no sounds, suddenly a cat runs out of a alley you almost wet yourself. behind you a car, driving slowly, it is following you, suddenly it speeds up! something flies out at you! its a newspaer it was the paper boy! now you have to change your shorts. Solitary is being in the woods with some friends.
