sorry I have not been around more but living the life of Merlin in this day and age is very busy. there are meetings and classes to keep my Master Gardener credentials. Democratic party. Black Cacuas meetings. keeping my editorial cartooning blog going. and of course working grave-shift. taking care of the dogs and chickens and the garden, I am working trying to set up the flowers to be the ones to aide beneficial insects and grow so the pollinators travel the whole yard not just one area. then there are interpersonal relationships...bla..bla. The main thing now is setting up the Albuquerque Pagan Pride Harvest Festival, I am down to the small things ,signs parking spots but this Sunday should be good.it is the only festival i really do however I really should start attending the small local rituals, not going to find a female heathen to be interpersonal with being a fake solitaire also going to re-join the union, several city councilors are supporting me for head of the Bernillio County Democratic Party chairmanship. looking to retire in 3 years and finding a nice partime job working a bar or nursery. I have been going back reading FUTHARK the Poetic and Prose Eddas Alister Crowley's writings and also watching some old TV. saw about 2 minutes of the TV show Bewitched. Elizabeth Montgomery was the star. I lost interest when the Daren's switched but this episode had some really good funny parts. A grown salesman had gotten turned into a pre teen by Tabitha. Samantha was trying to convince the boy witchcraft was real . She pointed to a pot with flowers and said "see that pot". she flicked her finger like she was counting to 1 and totally destroyed the pot. The boy looked at her and said "no wonder you people had a hard time at Salem". We have forgotten that insulting people is not the only form of humor. dust off your old books, lets not be like christians and repeat history.rememder the most important witch in your life is in the mirror.

Webster's New World Dictionary defines lonley as "unhappy at being alone. Solitary is defined as being "secluded". So just reading the words tells you what your mind set should be. Lonley is walking down the street in the rain, a dark night ,no cars, no sounds, suddenly a cat runs out of a alley you almost wet yourself. behind you a car, driving slowly, it is following you, suddenly it speeds up! something flies out at you! its a newspaer it was the paper boy! now you have to change your shorts. Solitary is being in the woods with some friends. Leaving the group you find a spot sit and listen to the sounds, focuse your mind on what concerns there are, or just breath.75% of the witches and warlocks are solitary, when we do spell planning, ritual planning, cleaning and rearranging our alters.You are lonley when you don't like someone or something walk away and do not seek couciling, especally from your divination choice and God / Goddess  

how to ID zombies in your "coven"

as you are all aware I firmly believe we are living in the zombie Apocalypse right now as I type this. To give you better insight I consider the term Lemming the same, I have recently left a group I was affiliated with for 7 years because I realized it was 70% zombies and the host church was feeding off them with out religious conviction. which makes that organization psychic vampyres. Here are the signs
1) repetitive events with no signs of growth,
2) no membership drive or outreach to old members
3) inability to start a new project, or appreciate one.
4) no new growth in the leadership
5) no rituals or gatherings to do healing rituals or celebrate newborns.
6) accepting the loss of valuable items, including people, with out open regret, ie; sending e-mails not phone calls.
Organizations that feed on these groups are in all areas, churches, political organizations, car clubs, etc. there signs are as follows,
1) imposing dues without regard to specific situations,
2) more concerned with petty personal problems within group than problems that address real growth.
3) money as the key issue.
4) no allowance for one time change in the standard routine. This is very obvious with individuals in places of power.
solution, leave, it is better to be solitary than put your vital energy into these traps. you will grow more moving from one event to another or attending different rituals, you will maintain your edge and see things more clearly.
